Hygge in the Convent

This is the moment Little Who came to life!

 

Having been flying around in my head for some time, Little Who simply didn't want to wait any longer! 

 

One morning at 5 a.m, Little Who popped onto the page to enjoy the calm serenity of the convent garden where we were staying in Pisa. The singing of the nuns floated down from an open window, birds were waking and joining in the chorus, I was enjoying the comfort of a much-loved pair of Christmas pyjamas in July.

 

With the morning sun already warming the air, I felt a wave of pure and genuine contentment.

 

If Hygge was a picture, this would be it.
