Finding Calm Within the Storm

Whether you're grieving the loss of someone you love, a relationship, your health, a way of life, a dream or another significant life change, it can leave us feeling as though the ground beneath our feet has shifted.

Grief doesn't follow a timetable, and there is no right or wrong way to experience it. Some days may feel manageable; others may feel unexpectedly overwhelming. For many people, one of the most difficult emotions to navigate is a feeling of guilt.

Guilt when we laugh again.

Guilt when life begins to feel a little lighter.

Guilt when we realise we're slowly beginning to move forward.

This work has been shaped not only by my professional training, but also by my own experiences of loss, change and life's unexpected seasons. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can be heard without judgement, speak openly at your own pace and gently begin to make sense of your journey.

Healing isn't about letting go of the people we love, it's about finding a way to carry them with us as life slowly unfolds around us once again.

What We Might Explore

Menopause rarely affects just one part of our lives. More often than not, it presents as a

complicated mess, leaving us feeling very much the same way!

Conversations around menopause don't need to be structured and tidy either. We will work through your personal journey together - however many turns we need to take to find a way through.

Together, we might explore:

Confidence & self-belief • Identity • Relationships & communication • Work & career • Overwhelm & boundaries • Changing family roles • Motivation • Purpose & direction • What comes next

I'll listen, ask questions, offer perspective and help you untangle what's happening so that you can begin to see a way to move forward with greater calm, clarity and confidence.

Your personal experience will shape and guide our conversations.

A Restorative Approach, Shaped Around You

There is no single way to navigate grief, and there is no set formula for our work together.

For some people, conversation is enough. Others may find comfort in reflective writing, time in nature, gentle breath work or quiet restorative practices. Some simply need a safe place to sit with their thoughts and know that they are not alone.

Together, we'll explore the restorative approaches available and discover which, if any, feel most natural and supportive to you. Nothing is compulsory, and every element can be adapted around your needs, your story and your pace.

Depending on what feels right, your support may draw upon:

Breathwork • Sound Therapy • Forest Bathing & Sylvotherapy • Ocean-Based Practices •

Nature Connection • Reflective Exercises • Journalling • Ikigai & Purpose Work

Sessions can take place online or in person wherever possible, allowing us to create an approach that feels both accessible and personal.

The aim isn't to take your grief away. It's to walk alongside you, helping you find moments of steadiness, hope and restoration, while honouring your loss in a way that feels right for you.
