Life's Transitions
Finding Calm Within the Storm
Life has a way of surprising us
Some changes are chosen with excitement and anticipation, others arrive unexpectedly, asking us to
rethink who we are, where we're going and
what comes next.
Whether you're changing career, moving home, relocating abroad, becoming an empty nester,
navigating divorce or separation, retiring, stepping into a new chapter, or simply feeling that life
is pulling you in a different direction, periods of
transition can leave us feeling uncertain, overwhelmed
or quietly disconnected from ourselves.

Change can feel unsettling
But it can also become an invitation to pause, reflect and gently rediscover what matters most.
This work has been shaped not only by my professional training, but also by my own
experiences of life's many transitions. Through international moves, motherhood, family life,
loss and building a new path, I understand that periods of uncertainty can often become the
moments that shape who we become.
I offer a calm, restorative space to help you navigate your own next chapter with
curiosity, compassion and confidence.
What We Might Explore
Menopause rarely affects just one part of our lives. More often than not, it presents as a
complicated mess, leaving us feeling very much the same way!
Conversations around menopause don't need to be structured and tidy either. We will work through your personal journey together - however many turns we need to take to find a way through.
Together, we might explore:
Confidence & self-belief • Identity • Relationships & communication • Work & career • Overwhelm & boundaries • Changing family roles • Motivation • Purpose & direction • What comes next
I'll listen, ask questions, offer perspective and help you untangle what's happening so that you can begin to see a way to move forward with greater calm, clarity and confidence.
Your personal experience will shape and guide our conversations.

A Restorative Approach, Shaped Around You
Every transition is different, which is why there is no set formula for our work together.
For some people, conversation is enough. Others may find clarity through reflective writing, breath work,
time in nature or gentle restorative practices. Some simply need the opportunity to slow down,
untangle their thoughts and begin to see the path ahead more clearly.
Together, we'll explore the restorative approaches available and discover which, if any, feel most natural and supportive to you. Nothing is compulsory, and every element can be adapted around
your needs, your circumstances and your pace.
Depending on what feels right, your support may draw upon:
Breath work • Sound Therapy • Forest Bathing & Sylvotherapy • Ocean-Based Practices • Nature Connection • Reflective Exercises • Journalling • Ikigai & Purpose Work
Sessions can take place online or in person wherever possible, allowing us to create an approach
that feels both accessible and personal.
